Service Overview

Lumen provides pronunciation assistance and related learning tools. The service is offered on an "as-is" basis and may change over time.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Pro features require an active paid subscription.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.
• Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed in your billing portal.

Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass licensing or access controls.

Intellectual Property

Lumen and its associated content, branding, and software are owned by the Lumen team and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
